Old Time Harmony Singing Workshop 6-7pm April 22

EVIE LADIN has offered to do a one-hour workshop on Old Time Harmony

Singing before the band’s April 22 concert in the Wolk Garden. Here are the

details.

Suggested donation $10 on top of concert ticket

Using the Carter Family as a jumping off place, we will work

with simple three-part harmony in this beautiful style. Finding

harmony lines that sometimes weave around the melody,

sometimes cross or create unisons, students will develop a

better ability to hear and find parts, as well as learn what

gives these harmonies their particular old-time country sound,

and power. No experience needed, just the desire to Sing in

Harmony!
